I first met Darcy when I moved to Arlington to work at GM Financial, Inc. He helped me find a house to rent and was very helpful in that endeavor. I decided to purchase a house in early 2021, so I reached out to Darcy. Darcy mostly works in North Dallas, but he was gracious enough to help me look all over the Metroplex. Darcy guided the process while listening to my desires in a house. We looked at houses from Denton to Granbury. Darcy was always cheerful and helpful. He quickly honed into the type of house and community I was looking for. The market was crazy with multiple offers on each house, so I finally decided on a new construction house in Granbury. Darcy was very astute at viewing houses and helped me pick the right floorplan and orientation for my new house. Finally, though the builder was not negotiating much, Darcy helped me get the best price possible on the house of my choice. After I put earnest money down, he came back to the house before the sheetrock was put up to take pictures of the electrical wiring and ducts in case I needed to know where the wires were behind the walls. I highly recommend Darcy to anyone looking to purchase a house in the Metroplex!
